Position Summary

Working as part of the international supply chain team, this role provides logistical support to the business, acting a key point of contact between external providers warehouses and our distribution centers.

Accountabilities

•Handle goods orders' reception from suppliers (from arrival to stock).

•Organise replenishment of Affiliates and External providers warehouses from Distribution Centers

•Shipping errors solving and processing

•Returns to vendor processing

•Booking of all goods receiving in SAP

•Prepare the weekly replenishment plan for Deployment

•Stock reconciliation control

•Investigation and settlement of inventory differences

•Stock verification, posting of necessary stock adjustments, request of necessary authorizations

•Pro-actively solving inventories issues with Affiliates and External providers

Required Skills and Experience

•Knowledge of SAP

•Analytical skills

•Fluent in English

•Experience in related areas (in a Logistics or Transports Department or function) or equivalent education or combination of education and experience

•Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions proactively

•Demonstrated ability to multi-task

•Excellent written and oral communications skills, including ability to document issues and resolutions

•Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus with ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality outcomes for other colleagues

•Team player with ability to work independently in a distributed work environment with flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities
