The Sourcing Specialist - Facility Management supports the development of Spend Area practices for facilities and related service spend area in his region, across all manufacturing locations and head offices.
The incumbent will report to the regional Manager sourcing MES, collaborate to manage a EU FM spend and work in collaboration with Global FM Sourcing Manager to leverage regional business needs, and support Regional and local Procurement goals.
The main target of the position will be to finalize the transfer of the sourcing activities from our local team (LPR) to our regional soyurcing team. And will manage sourcing activities including ‘request for information/quotation/ proposal, negotiation and contracting as well as benchmarking activities for existing contractual relationships not covered by the Integrated facility management contract.
Support strategy execution within the region
Ensure communication, reporting and leverage synergies
Attent to Regional FM meeting/callManage stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process.
Manage commercial supplier relationships and contracts for its regionidentify potential productivity/savings strategies and levers
Obtain buy-in / endorsement from regional management and stakeholders for proposed initiatives
Track project execution and report progress and achievements
Execute initiatives within the areas of responsibility such as competitive bidding where appropriate, supplier performance evaluations, etc.ensuring full compliance to Procurement procedures
Ensure streamlined and timely process to execution in systems
Consolidate vendor base and develop regional sourcing activities
Minimum 2-3 years of experience inProcurement or Supply Chain
Project Management & Communication skills
Extensive knowledge of Spend Area at hand
Fluency in English
