applications, are looking to recruit an experienced HR Consultant. This position is a maternity cover untilapprox. December 2018.

This is a busy and varied operational HR role providing generalist HR support

to the Teradata business primarily in Poland and Austria. We are seeking to

recruit an HR professional who is keen to continue his/her development in an HR

function, within a leading global player in the IT industry. This role will

assist to support the approximately 130 employees in Austria and Poland in a

dynamic, growing multinational organisation.

This role will also be

responsible for supporting the delivery of HR programs and projects throughout

other countries in the international organisation. Although the HR Consultant

may not have in-depth knowledge of any particular HR function, he/she has the

knowledge to spot issues/problems, proactively address concerns, and how to

research a solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution ofstaffing projects from candidate sourcing through to job offer, coveringmultiple countries in the area

  • Act as Business Partner andprovide generalist HR support to all organisations in Austria and Poland,including guidance to managers on employment law and effective useof HR-related systems

  • Support the timely deploymentof HR programs with typical examples being performance management andcompensation cycles

  • Data preparation and entry intovarious HR systems related to recruitment, new hires & leavers, job& compensation changes

  • Communicate a consistentmessage on all HR policies and initiatives and ensure that managers understandand buy into this approach

  • Ad Hoc HR Admin tasks includinglocal reporting

  • Implementation of new HR system(Workday)

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with HR

experience, ideally in a fast-moving environment with a high volume of HR

transactions. This should ideally be generalist experience, but could have been

focussed on one or other area of HR expertise such as recruitment

  • Experience in recruiting is required

  • Experience with the delivery ofHR programs such as performance management, training & development,and compensation, and with typical HR administrative tasks includingemployment contract management

  • Able to work independentlyunder pressure and have a “can-do” attitude

  • Strong dedication to internalcustomer satisfaction, responsiveness, and timely delivery

  • Fluent in either Polish orGerman is preferred

  • Very good English languageskills

  • Well developed IT skills (MSOffice)

  • Experience with Workday is anadvantage
