The Nielsen Company Global Snapshots Client Liaison in Warsaw, Poland

SIMPLY PUT: The Global Snapshot Client Liaison is the key operational contact for clients and Nielsen countries worldwide, working on the design and management of the production and delivery of the multi-country reports. The Global Snapshot Client Liaison ensures the reports optimally combine client needs and existing data sources. Good project design with appropriate set-up is crucial for good quality and on time deliveries.

Role Purpose

Global Snapshots are ad hoc multi country quick turnaround back data reports, a fast growing business area within Nielsen. For the hundreds of global and local clients, Global Snapshots are their only market data source and a step stone to wider Nielsen services.

CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU:

  • Manage the operational contacts and regular meetings with your clients and respond to clients’ queries;

  • Coordinate database and production of the reports regarding allocated areas (i.e. countries/categories) (Snapshot tool);

  • Provide services which meet client needs – discuss and advise clients and account managers on how reports including multiple country information can be set up and delivered the best way possible;

  • Support clients on new business opportunities and on technical requirements;

  • Key touchpoint both externally (for the client) and internally (Nielsen network in local countries) with proactive communication and transparency on issues, service, technology updates etc;

  • Coordination of production activities with our offshore partners;

  • Work on process and service improvement to bring efficiency, productivity and flexibility in global snapshot team;

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Strong communication skills – very good English (spoken), German (strong reading & writing);

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

  • 2-3 years of experience in operational environment;

  • Strong project management skills with analytical mindset;

  • Effective communicator in challenging situations - Client facing skills;

  • Ability to build relationships with both clients and Nielsen teams in a complex matrix environment;

    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills to track reports production and delivery;
  • Process driven - ability to define and refine processes to ensure continual improvement in quality and delivery in time;

  • Problem solving;

  • Presentation skills;

  • Mathematical/statistical background;

  • Experience in a multi-country role/environment;
