Enterprise Architect ensures compliance with Citi standard architectural principles to eliminate unnecessary / redundant information systems, maximize reuse of shared environments, design patterns, provide compliance with Citi’s technology directions and laws / regulations, support scalability and reliability to mitigate the risk of utilization of obsolete and insecure architecture, operational disruptions, system performance degradation, unauthorized access to data exposing the Businesses to undue reputation and Customer service risks.

Qualifications

  • Global CDQR Lead; work closely with Sector Governance Leads.

  • Provide support on EA Governance activities

  • Act as a key supporting function for the EMEA Architects Forum

  • Act as a key supporting function for weekly EA meeting

  • APM – Manage EMEA application inceptions and retirements, providing support and input to the EMEA representative on the Enterprise Architecture Tools Change Control Board, and deputize when required.

  • Management Reporting – Create management reports including KPI/KRI

  • CSI Administration: organization level administration, including maintaining role assignments in CSI for other administrators, architects, application managers and other roles, monitoring and managing CSI requests through entire lifecycle including creation, maintenance and retirement of applications in CSI

  • Coordinating the regional response to any period CSI data quality reviews and coordinating the regional response to any mandated changes or updates to the CSI, including introduction of new fields, change of use of fields, etc.

  • CSI Reporting: Generating monthly reports from CSI as directed by the EMEA Chief Architect on a timely basis, ad-hoc reports as required using Business Objects

  • CTC Administration: coordinating the regional response to any period CTC data quality review and to any mandated changes or updates to the CTC

  • CAMP – act as EA representative to work with CAMP team and implement mandatory changes

  • Act as leader for all sectors to drive CDQR process and help sector representatives with any issues

  • Data Standards (ICG In-Country) – Ensure Data Standards reviews are carried out for all new/existing CSI applications

  • Detailed Designs (ICG In-Country) – Ensures for Architecturally Significant program/project detailed designs are completed in timely manner

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in technology, including two or more of the following disciplines: architecture, project management, operations, development, risk management

  • Knowledge of relevant Platform & Application products CSI, CTC, CAMP

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

  • Ability to negotiate, be objective, to prioritize and to give a balanced view

  • Interpersonal, influencing, partnership and team building skills

  • Ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed operating environment

  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
