Manages the definition and agreement of engineering rules regarding installation.__
Supports the project with any technical fiber optical issue including SOW, cost analysis, improvement in operational process
Provides technical advice to internal organization. If needed, can handle escalations and concerns from construction teams that cannot be handled by local Front Office Design Team.
Defines and agrees installation rules with customer.
Ensures design and installation rules are communicated and implemented at operational level
Defines all acceptance test and process for the fiber optics installation and delivery project.
Defines and agrees all installation and construction formats and templates. ( Test Protocols, MOP, Checklist)

Five years working on fiber optics outside plant.
Deep knowledge of installation and deployment techniques
Fluent in Polish and English
