Data Processing Specialist

SIMPLY PUT: Responsibility for the quality and delivery of a range of deliverables (e.g. databases, reports) to clients (manufacturers and retailers) ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met. Execution, monitoring and driving standardized processes on various operations tasks.


  • Execute client deliverable instructions, from coding and data validation to output deliverable creation, working in a central cross-country team with Country Operations Team to fully understand local and regional client / category specification. Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction.

  • Execute transition and new business set-up, change requests and query resolution. Drive SOP and use best demonstrated practices - liaising with internal teams.

  • Accountable to ensure that set targets for quality and delivery are met (or exceeded) for specified group of clients (retailers and manufacturer industry).

  • Be able to identify, investigate and co-ordinate resolution of data, process or product related queries.

  • Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet company schedules.

  • Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments and drive convergence of processes and tools.

  • Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment with End-to-end operational understanding.


  • Minimum bachelor degree or during studies

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations environment

  • Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines

  • Very good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes

  • A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail

  • Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency

  • Additional language will be an asset
