As the Customer Development Manager – Europe North (CDM EN), you will assume full responsibility of all customer marketing/development related activities in Mondelez World Travel Retail (WTR) management of global key account Gebr. Heinemann and major European regional accounts. These activities support the mid and long term objectives of overall WTR business, with financial targets of WTR’s Regional Accounts.
You are the focal point between business development managers, brand managers, the Manager Category Development and merchandisers. You will continuously monitor the market and become a key business partner to the business development team. You will ensure that crucial shopper insight is activated and investment is optimal in the region in order to deliver accelerated growth in the region. It is the responsibility of this role to deliver both brand and corporate communication in Europe North with excellence.
You must be comfortable working with, and presenting to, the senior management of our key retail partners, as well as airport authority groups. Quality must also be ensured through a strong ability to work with and manage across very diverse cultures. With line management responsibility for a Junior Cross Category Activation Executive (JCCAE), this role is an excellent opportunity to develop people management skills, or indeed take a first step into this area.

Extensive professional experience in the FMCG market preferred
Proven track record of international Marketing and Sales success

Priority setting and process management
Managerial courage and ability to deal with ambiguity
Fluency in English, local language is a plus
