Provide day-to-day support in Medtronic Order-To-Cash Back Office processes (e.g. orders, disputes credits) through analytical and operational support.

Provide a professional level of support to the Front Office field force staff by processing a broad knowledge of Medtronic products, tools and policies and ability to monitor product information flows as well as resolving issues.

Contribute to the company goals in the areas of customer satisfaction.


•Orders receiving and entry in SAP, invoicing, returns processing

•Monitoring the activity through a regular check : open order book/allocation file/ daily reports

•Issues resolution and reactive communication towards the customer, including coordination of the issues with Front Office representatives

•Inventory management (e.g. adjustments, transfers).


•Fluent English and Danish

•IT applications/systems minded

•Proactive, solution oriented customer focused

•Team player, but also able to work independently

•Able to work under time pressure with multitasking duties

•Scrupulous with analytical skills, able to learn fast

•Focused on delivering top quality work

•Good communication skills

•Previous experience in order entry in customer service is an advantage

•Previous experience with SAP is an advantage.
