Ensure development and execution of CRM strategy.
Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel campaigns using available information in Data Warehouse based on SAS and SQL tools.
Implementation of new solutions in the area of CRM.
Daily cooperation with other departments of Consumer Bank in order to accomplish business goals.
User support in the area of existing CRM functionalities.
Daily monitoring of the effectiveness of existing campaigns and processes.
Understanding of CRM systems and processes.
Very good SQL and SAS 4GL skills.
Several years of experience in banking or telecommunication sector.
Economics/Maths/IT university education.
Very good written and spoken English.
Very good work organization.
Very good communication skills.
