Description

  • Ensure development and execution of CRM strategy.

  • Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel campaigns using available information in Data Warehouse based on SAS and SQL tools.

  • Implementation of new solutions in the area of CRM.

  • Daily cooperation with other departments of Consumer Bank in order to accomplish business goals.

  • User support in the area of existing CRM functionalities.

  • Daily monitoring of the effectiveness of existing campaigns and processes.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of CRM systems and processes.

  • Very good SQL and SAS 4GL skills.

  • Several years of experience in banking or telecommunication sector.

  • Economics/Maths/IT university education.

  • Very good written and spoken English.

  • Very good work organization.

  • Very good communication skills.
