Client Training Consultant

The purpose of this role is to deliver Nielsen software training to local clients and global clients on occasion. Deliver engaging, interactive and actionable learning to increase client satisfaction.Partner with Change Management teams when required to deliver training in support of GTC deployments around the world

Key Job Responsibilities:

The person will provide the following services to ensure successful training deployment of Nielsen Software solutions to our clients.

Deliver professional client training and workshops on Nielsen solutions to local and occasionally global clients

Work closely with client teams to understand training needs and provide support in the development of local training plans

Use communication technologies to provide remote support and/or training delivery to the client

Modify training materials (screen shots, scenarios) to deliver a customized experience for each client

Work with the project team and the client to monitor successful implementation of training deployment to the clients

Manage good working relationships with specialists across organizations

Key Skills/Competencies:

Experience from The Nielsen Company and/or equivalent industry experience (minimum 1 year)

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools

Basic level of Analytical Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Good organisational and time management skills

Experience or interest in delivering training either virtual or face to face

Knowledge of Nielsen Answers would be an advantage

Flexible to travel for international training

Multi languages: Fluent English is essential. A second language (Spanish, French, or German) is an advantage
