Oracle Campaign Analyst in Warsaw, Poland
Campaign Analyst creates campaign requirement according to client digital optimization strategy and road-map. They work collaboratively with both clients and consultants (Strategy) on the one side and with the development team on the another side. Campaign Analyst is a subject matter expert who shares their knowledge across the development team by maintaining knowledge base or ad-hoc activities. Campaign Analyst contributes to continuous improvement of client optimization strategy by providing campaigns final reports.
Knowledge & Skills
Requirements facilitation, User Story and Acceptance Criteria Development
Understanding of digital/on-line presence, its best-practices and optimization concepts
Client relationship management
Acting as a stakeholder/owner for a software deliverable
Entry level understanding of statistics principles
Spoken and written languages:
. French or German – a huge plus
Job Complexity & Scope
Work with client team to help define campaign requirements prior to development and testing. Includes development and a more technical walk through of user stories, acceptance criteria and necessary technical documentation where and when required.
Work with Clients to manage change requests. When needed elevates to Consultants/Analyst to verify alignment with road map and strategy
Ensure business objectives and documentation are clear and ready for consumption by development team.
Act as a product owner and stakeholder fielding questions concerning campaign scope from all team members during production
Liaise with Consultant/analyst and strategy team to summarize and build final reports helping drive strategy and road map
1-2 years of overall experience in managing clients and product requirements through to delivery within a full development life cycle. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
