Job Purpose:

The Business Relationship manager provides Training advisory by working closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Operations teams in Consumer Poland and HR to discover the root causes of performance issues through systematic Training needs analysis.

The BRM will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives by managing a team of business trainers and instructional designers.

The goal is to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Advisory and Stakeholder management
  • Works closely with key stakeholders across all parts of the Consumer business in Poland and HR to discover the root causes of performance issues through systematic Training needs analysis

  • Co-create solutions to address individual and business development opportunities, leveraging/modifying existing solutions where possible

  • Learn and actively collaborate with key partners in other regions ( APAC, EMEA and NAM)

  • Role based Curriculum / Product training

  • Manage and leads a team of Business Trainers / Instructional Designer

  • Implement Learning solutions supporting the projects across the bank from an end to end perspective i.e. needs analysis, conceptualize, and design, coordination and delivery

  • Deliver training programs as identified in the role-based curricula locally in partnership with the business for new hires and existing staff

  • He or she will be accountable for the quality and effectiveness of roll out of training on projects across the Consumer bank

  1. Facilitation
  • Facilitating programs that are tailored to our Sales Managers (and deputies ) – Kuznia Managera

  • Ongoing maintenance and refresh of Training content via feedback from Participants, Managers of Managers and Citi Leadership standards

  1. Training Project Management
  • Responsible for the management of design and delivery of engaging training materials & programs supporting the projects across the Consumer Bank impacting customer facing staff

  • Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results for training programs implemented for projects

  1. Training Administration
  • Responsible for managing end to end coordination on business training activities for staff

  • Maintain training records and records of regional/local certifications for regulatory purposes in partnership with the business.

  • Manage training coordination and administration of business training activities triggered for new and existing staff utilizing the Global Learning Management System ( GLMS)

  • Responsible for managing the report generation and learning dashboard related activities for audit and reporting to business stakeholders

  1. Vendor Management
  • Responsible for acting as liaison between the Vendor engaged for Business Training, and Country Business Partner

  • Manage the vendor relationship of training providers who provide training programs regularly for business skills

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Proven experience of training / L&D in similar multi-national, global organizational culture.

  • Demonstrated ability to function as a valued business advisor on the training agenda.

Skills:

  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs(Familiarity with best practices for technology-enhanced learning)

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods ( Learning on the job , mentoring , Coaching and Classroom – Virtual / Instructor led)

  • Enthusiastic and hands-on training leader with a strong track record of creating innovative training programs for customers, partners and employees.

  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong analytical, project management and process management skills

  • Strong organization skills, able to manage time effectively, working to deadlines within a pressurized environment.

  • Need to be able to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously

  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management

  • Managing and influencing multiple stakeholders, including senior business and HR leaders.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Polish)

  • Strong report writing and record keeping ability
