You will join the team of analysts and consultants responsible forrewards consulting services( imercer.com/information-consulting ).

Analytical Support Team works for Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Due to the rapid expansion we are looking for a new team member who would be responsible for projects in EMEA region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering compensation and benefits consulting services, such as market pricings, compensation analysis, remuneration deviation or benefits reports

  • Participating in rewards projects ranging from job descriptions writing and evaluation to pay grading systems recommendations

  • Advising Mercer consultants on methodology and best approach to client’s project

  • Peer-reviewing colleagues’ analyses and reports

  • Maintaining excellent day-to-day working relationships with Mercer consultants across the region

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must for this role (Polish is not required)

  • Genuine interest in compensation, benefits and HR metrics

  • Master degree in the relevant field

  • Min 4 years of experience in analytical type of work

  • Very strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data and good understanding of statistics

  • Ability to identify critical issues and proactively and independently offer solutions

  • Ability to clearly communicate and negotiate expectations under time pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a strong general computer literacy

  • Working knowledge of GST / MERCER WIN / MS Power BI / Power Query / Tableau would be considered as a strong plus
