Warsaw Asset Servicing is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of different corporate event types across multiple markets. The department interfaces directly with the local market entities including depositary, counterparts and regulators as well as other Citi lines of business, internal and external clients.

  • Supporting close business relationships with internal and external partners and customers by fully engaging in ongoing business tasks and projects;

  • Providing high quality services to both internal and external customers;

  • Training and introduction of new employees;

  • Active and independent search and implementation of new, better solutions within their own tasks;

  • Ensure an effective process of the Information Management System within the area to be handled and, if necessary, effective participation and communication in business teleconferences;

  • Proactive control activities and solutions to reduce operational risk in processes;

  • Supporting staff in solving current operational problems and ensuring continuity of the process;

  • Regular monitoring and updating of operational procedures;

  • Immediately inform your supervisor of any real or potential problems that may affect the results and perceptions of the unit as a whole;

  • Explaining and resolving cash exceptions, errors to ensure automatic processing;

  • Promote a positive and professional working environment;

  • Implementing all mandatory training within a specified time frame;

  • Perform other business tasks assigned by your supervisor;

  • participation in business projects, introducing new clients, documenting new processes;


  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial operations

  • Income and Corporate Action past experience a benefit

  • NCS Knowledge would be an asset

  • Ability to process high volumes of work with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
