Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the test plan and UAT strategy

  • Deliver expertise and best practice regarding:

  • Test script automation utilizing VBA and HP UFT in cooperation with automation team

  • Test automation knowledge sharing and hands on trainings regarding test automation for the team

  • Mantas Oracle application which provides automated post factum analysis of customer transactions to identify potential suspicious activities

  • AML Case Management Tool which is a workflow-type application, which AML Operations analysts use to further investigate cases/alerts generated in Mantas

  • Issue Management Resolution process of addressing Data Quality issues, affecting AML monitoring like defects in data completeness, accuracy, validity, conformity, timeliness, coverage, and/or standards. Can include missing and/or invalid reference data, T-code or Product Type definition changes that affects the monitoring process

  • BOXI/MicroStrategy reports which provide consistent, accurate, timely, comprehensive management metrics and analysis that enhance the mission and activities in AML Operations functions

  • Quality Assurance process & QA application which is utilized for automated sampling of cases investigated by AML Operations Analysts for reviewing anomalous alerts/cases that are closed by AML operations Analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Work closely with Development team, Technology Coordinator, Business Analysts and Project Manager to ensure delivery of quality systems to the live environment on time and in compliance with business requirements

  • Coordinate group of testers working on a testing project, train and coach of new Testers in projects and support UAT team members

  • Review and design test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for user acceptance tests, execute tests, raise and manage defects identified during UAT



  • Required: Fluent English

  • Required: Computer Literacy (MS Office)

  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Required: Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem solving

  • Required: Analytical skills, attention to details

  • Required: 2+ year of AML experience or 2+ year of Testing experience

  • Required: Hands on experience in Test Automation with VBA

  • Required: Good knowledge of HP ALM suite and

  • Preferred: Experience in banking operations or compliance

  • Preferred: Coordination of project/s

  • Preferred: Experience /knowledge in Markets area
