We’re seeking a Czech speaking AML Compliance Officer to join our global team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will provide AML Compliance support to agents of Western Union and its affiliates to build programs in compliance with anti-money laundering laws as they apply to Money Services Businesses in the assigned countries.

•Evaluates internal controls and anti-money laundering compliance programs for agents through transaction analyses, compliance reviews and training sessions.

•Provides AML related training as necessary

•Responsible for follow up with agents concerning review findings and communication of assessments to country management for Western Union or its affiliate.

•Participates in various internal projects and developments aiming at enhancing AML controls and agent network oversight.

•Responsible for building relationships with other internal departments to meet AML Compliance goals. The Compliance Officer will represent AML Compliance on project teams as requested.

•Region of responsibility: Central Eastern Europe

What you will need to succeed:

•3-5 Years experience in Compliance, Risk Management or Banking.

•Minimum of 1 year working in a multi-national organization and/or financial industry preferred.

•Fluency in written and spoken Czech and English is required.

•Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Proven ability to analyze, utilize industry standards an employ sound judgment to draw conclusions regarding the status of an agent's compliance program.

•Clean driver license, ability to travel up to 50%

•Bachelor's degree and job experience in the Financial Services, Risk Management or Banking.

•Excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint

•Highly developed and demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.

•Fluency in Czech Language and any other Eastern European languages
