Lenovo 4P Product Manager in Warsaw, Poland

For our office in Warsaw, we are looking for an 4P Product Manager who will be responsible for the Product, Placement, Price and Promotion of Lenovo Consumer products in Poland.

Campaign strategy & planning :

  • Define products roadmaps from EMEA portfolio based on heatmaps analysis, define & execute pricing

  • Based on market share ambition, on market shape and Lenovo next quarter inventory, define on-demand products volume & pricing to deliver on markets’ MS, revenue & GP targets

  • Define portfolio mix, align portfolio with retail and resellers sales

  • Align portfolio for Lenovo.com country store, ensuring major NPI pre-orders

  • Align with sales & finance GTN spending required for the quarter, ensure execution and tracking

  • Identify opportunity to partner with alliances to grow Business

  • Effectively manage Product Transitions with a view to maximizing revenue & profit

NPI & Deployment :

  • Deploy campaigns to disti’s resellers & retailers supporting sales team in selling efforts

  • Coordinate NPI with marketing, PR, trade-marketing, merchandising, Lenovo store to ensure consistent shopping experience across all shopping touch points & Lenovo differentiation

  • Support REL business with Bid reviews, pre-sales support, RFP definition

Product positioning vs competition :

  • Responsible for building, implementing, & executing country’s product demand generation programs, which align to quarterly & annual financial goals

  • Anticipate market evolution and influence BU on future roadmaps requirements

  • Ring-fence product positioning based on competition evolution and on future pricing Evolution

  • Determine customer needs through participation in Sales & Customer meetings. Recommend and position appropriate product to customers/Partners

Business Management:

  • Drive initiatives to maximize mix, margin and overall product contribution to the portfolio & Business

  • Align with finance, sales ops and sales quarter forecast on volumes, AUR, revenue & GP

  • Execute on quarter management to deliver on key metrics market share, wos, aged, GP, working with EMEA BMs on demand planning

  • Optimize quarter business results driving adequate time-to-market demand planning, optimized sea/air route balancing cost and flexibility

  • Define long term forecast for the market, align with demand planning team and finance

  • Evaluate performance against plan at appropriate intervals (e.g., daily, weekly) and instigate corrective actions to keep country on track to achieve LOB goals Technical:

  • Good understanding of PC and Notebook products and technology

  • Strong understanding of product life cycle management and of promotional programs mechanics

  • Expert Knowledge of mechanism of customer buying behaviour

Non Technical:

  • Similar Work Experience in the past with proven track record

  • Strong drive for results

  • Strong interpersonal skill & keen attention to details

  • Ability to manage through influence, negotiation

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Polish and English
