Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

Run the Warsaw Graduate Training Program

Corporate Liquidity &Bank Treasury’s Grad Training Programs are essential for business growth over the next several years. You will team with the Graduate Training Program (GTP) director and managers by collaborating with business leaders and SMEs to ensure all defined training requirements are covered in the Graduate Training Program.

  • Go through a Train the Trainer certification to learn and deliver training in the Warsaw GTP:

  • Induction and Onboarding program for Grads and other office new employees

  • Business Skills workshops such as running effective meetings, presentation skills, time management and goal setting, Customer Experience, Interpersonal Communication, etc.

  • Own the schedule for the new Warsaw GTP

  • Evaluate and grade the graduates’ progress for individual and team assignments and presentations

  • Mentor and coach the grads

  • Produce reports on the success of the program for executive leadership

  • Enhance the Graduate Training Program including design, coordination of classroom and eLearning components
