Ericsson System developer at 3G Radio Network in Poland
Your main tasks will be to drive SW system studies, propose and analyze new concepts in Controller Evolution area of radio networks in relation with all standards (5G,4G,3G,2G), but with main focus in WRAN (3G). You will be responsible for the studies on all phases of development of the feature, starting from Early Phases up to Maintenance Phase. Apart from that you will be technically responsible as an Expert for several parts of a System, that are part of CE System area. You will have a chance to work on your own with your study but also in a team when working on complex features, including cross technology teams.

As a system engineer you will execute complex system studies and make decisions to meet technical requirement and conclusion in a timely manner. You will drive technical tasks, innovate our technical solutions and propose new solutions to our products. It will be your responsibility to identify the technical requirements based on business, customer needs and other opportunities.
As a system engineer you always bring in the costumer perspective in our design solutions. You will work close with Strategic Product Managers, Area Product Owners and designers in SW, HW and verification as well as other system designers.
To be successful the system designer must have good knowledge in SW and HW systems, good product knowledge (in particular 3G Networks), ability to work across site and be a technical leader. You have knowledge about a lean and agile WoW. You also should have:
- Master of science degree,
- At least 4 years of work experience,
- Good English skills,
- Good communication skills,
- The ability to work independently and in teams,
- Experience from telecom and/or system design is a plus.
