Job Description

Bundling activities

  • Managing bundling tower for GDTS

  • month-end-closing, PO mgmt

  • cost transparency on Subtower/WU-level, monthly review and drive optimization

  • Manage all billings (GWU), run reviews and clarifications with countries and WU-managers; perform escalation mgmt

  • Industrializing WU billing.

  • Managing WU recalculation globally with service owner.


  • Support countries in cost reduction plan (PEP, Diary). Reporting and push improvements.

  • Coordinate OM-landing activities

Internal projects

  • Managing reporting and forecasting of internal projects

  • Establish WU structure and assignment of employees

  • Prepare transformation review globally.

Capacity management

  • FTE reporting (country/subtower/activity)

  • People planning globally/hiring process approval/ RAB, isgrasp.

  • Analyze Reporting Activity of GDTS employees (T&M, WU, Internal project) define and overview execution to optimate

Optimize WBS structure to better report and control.

  • Manage Offshore program globally.

Workforce transition

  • Overview training activities

  • Be Spoc for global projects like Career path etc

Business reviews

  • Introduce dashboard for GTS

  • Managing bus review with all countries with Tower head and finance and prepare global review with GD management.

Job Requirements

Mandatory skills:

  • Advanced skills (at least 2+ years of experience) in handling broad financial and budgetary topics and processes

  • Practical experience with ATOS specific financial processes, incl. FIT charging mechanisms, WU pricing policies, TOP program etc.

  • Good presentation skills and ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders

  • Strong experience working in a fast paced environment and international teams

  • Good team working / interpersonal skills

  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work

  • Advanced analytical skills

Optional skills:

  • People / team leadership skills

  • Knowledge and practical experience with GTS bundling processes

  • Knowledge of GTS global WU structure and re-charging mechanisms
