Atos Project Quality Specialist responsibilities:• supporting review and analysis of software development processes and taking part in internal audits, preparation of results and communication to management,• supporting Line Managers with training strategy,• knowledge sharing about best practices, company’s processes and standards with project managers and IT service managers, to achieve delivery excellence in the organization,• onboarding of new employees• supporting in defining company’s processes and/or KPIs and execution of them,• updating documentation according to changes in organization’s processes.
• Master's degree preferably in the area of economy and/or management.• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in PMO.• Practical knowledge of project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, SCRUM, IPMA); certification in this area will be an asset.• Practical experience with formal project progress tracking (e.g. through Earned Value Management).• Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level).• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).• Practical experience with supportive project management tools will be an asset (e.g. SharePoint, Jira etc.).• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills, ability to effectively maintain relationship with stakeholders.• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, accuracy, meticulousness, goal orientation, self-organization at work, business-oriented thinking.
