Job Description

Service manager / Team leader will be part of Microsoft practice in Business Solutions and Platforms service line in Atos Global Delivery Centre Polska. Person handling this position will be responsible for operational team as line manager and maintaining IT systems including request, incident, problem, as well as change and release management.

Responsibilities

Line management of operation team, including recruiting and onboarding new team members, appraisal, people development, coaching and mentoring

•Support knowledge management within the team

•Managing services SLA and KPIs

•Acting as escalation contact for customer and team members

•Building relations between delivery team and customers

•Supporting pre-sales activities and assist in planning and transition of new services to Atos

•Reviewing operational processes and driving service improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

At least 4 years experience on similar position

•Team leading experience in IT support environment

•Experience with ITSM tools

•Extensive knowledge of ITIL service support processes

•experience in technical aspects of delivering services in the following areas:

•Web application support

•Server management

•Databases

•Fluent in English

•Knowledge of IT delivery company organization

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Good organizational and time management skills

•Self-motivated and self-driven, capable of working with little supervision
