Reports to the Business Development Director Non NA and GTR, he/she has the mission to implement Belvedere Brand strategy in markets to deliver sales and profit contribution in line with the Brand's targets through the Mo√ęt Hennessy network of affiliate companies and agents.



Responsible for the Brands' profit contribution of his/her markets within the MH organization. As such, lead and facilitate key interactions between Maison and Distribution network of affiliate companies and agents.

Local Strategy and Plans:

Within the frame of the global Maison strategy, contribute to the development of strategic plans, guidelines, budgets & LE in coordination with Belvedere Local & Regional teams (Finance & Marketing departments): products, pricing, distribution, A&P.

Support / Contribution:

Make sure that all the allocated resources and tools are available to implement the Plans.

Be the primary interface of his/her markets with local teams and support & contribute to the local team work.

Ensure quality sales forecasting & stock management from markets.

Control / Assessment:

Provide clear market assessments: performance & opportunity evaluation

Control the plans implementation and assess their effectiveness.

Identify and propose appropriate corrective actions.

Regularly assess risks and opportunities, including competition analysis.


Contribute to development of a clear Market vision and understanding of performance & potential through Non NA Regional Business Development Team.

Brand Strategy and Plans:

Contribute to assist the elaboration of global Brand strategy.

Report field information to Belvedere Marketing Team to support the Brand Marketing strategic thinking and adapt the tools accordingly for current & future plans.

Identify the Maison resources required to implement the Plans.


Suggest and nurture brand development projects through strong collaboration with Maison and Business Development team(s).

Support Business Development Director with strategic development projects and Commercial partnerships.



Business School (Sales & Marketing), MBA


Fluent English + other international language benefit

Professional experience & know how:

4-6 years, operational Marketing or Sales experience

Technical & management skills:

Matrix environment

"Generalist", with strong Sales pedigree, Marketing & Financial fluency

P&L and Budget Management

Good understanding of Supply Chain / Logistics issues

Market knowledge and market way of working -know how'

Great product knowledge and ability to passionately represent the Brands

Personal & interpersonal skills:

Ability to deal with complex challenges

High Energy levels with strong ability to sensibly prioritize tasks & deliver to deadline
