To support the Order Fulfillment team in John Deere Polska we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Dealer Data Management Specialist M/F with Italian

Role description:

As Dealer Data Management Specialist you will a part of a large international Order Fulfillment team responsible for accurate order processing and analyzing. The objective is to get only 'good' orders into our Systems for high efficient order processing.

Among your key responsibilities will be:

  • Collecting actively and discussing information from Branches and Incentive which is necessary for invoicing system setup

  • Maintenance of Region 2 terms and incentives as requested by Branches and DCEO (tactical marketing, Incentive)

  • Performing repeated quality checks to verify completeness and correctness of order bank.

  • Establishing, checking and maintains proper data in SAP and COMAR

  • Verifying that all systems work correctly together, improving shortcomings with IT and factories and proposing changes

  • Counseling the set up and process of sales program to Branches and Incentive to get them into an efficient automatic Administrative process

  • Driving for alignment by training Branches, Tactical Marketing and OFDS how to use the systems and how to follow the process through the branches and Factories involved (process improvement and implementation)

    Requirements for this position:

  • Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing

  • SAP knowledge (ideally knowledge of JD processes)

  • Fluency in Italian, English and Polish is a must

  • Education: degree in Accounting/Finance or Admin/Business

  • Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills

  • Adapting easily and focusing on customer

  • Team work player - creating trust, with high communication skills
