Sales Representative (m/f)

In this role you are responsible for Bruker Optics (FTIR-spectroscopy, research and industrial markets) product portfolio.

Areas of responsibilities

  • Sales activities to expand Bruker Optics business of IR spectroscopy and IR microscopy

  • Perform customer visits, attending related conferences, prepare configuration and quotations of instruments using CRM

  • To present Bruker Optics instruments at customer events and seminars

  • Visit existing customers to maximize customer awareness and satisfaction

  • Take care for projects from initial contact to installation stage of the system

  • Perform customer trainings in the operational aspects of the system.

  • Communicate with experts at HQ

  • Provide necessary information and reports to the Business Unit and Regional Manager

  • Comply at all times with Bruker’s corporate policies, such as FCPA

  • Comply at all times with Bruker’s and customer’s policies to maintain a safe work environment

  • Complete standard operating procedures, project plans and other documentations as required in a timely manner

  • Gain new customers, define promotional actions and implement into practice

  • Support in generating of application notes and marketing material

  • Advanced education (Master degree or PhD or similar qualification) in chemistry, physics, biochemistry or equivalent

  • Experience with IR spectroscopy. Knowledge of IR microscopy would be an advantage

  • Ability to work in team

  • Sound knowledge in MS-Office

  • Good English skills, spoken and written

  • Mother language Polish

  • Willingness to travel
