Position title: Customer Service Coordinator (Italian & English)

Location: Poznań, Poland

Reports to: Team Lead, Customer Service

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

A successful candidate will be responsible for the Customer Service of Newell Brands business partners/customers.

Key responsibilities :

• phone and mail contact with company customers,

• collaboration with other departments of the company,

• quick and efficient solving customers’ requests

• maintaining high standards of customer service,

• processing customers’ orders in SAP,

• preparation of export documentation,

Qualifications:

• university degree (bachelors or masters),

fluent Italian ,

• communicative English ,

• customer and detailed oriented,

• customer service experience is an advantage,

• knowledge of export and customs procedures is an advantage,

• knowledge of SAP is an advantage
