Maintenance Manager / Kierownik Utrzymania Ruchu
The main scope of this position is to lead and develop team of technicians with progressive tools, to build their capabilities and to manage activities related to maintenance, planning, repair equipment and technical infrastructure in the factory. Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing adequate quality system repair and system maintenance of equipment to ensure proper and continuous operation of production lines in conjunction with plans for prevention and good manufacturing practices.
Ensure continuity of operation of the machine park and power equipment.
Create and implement the company's strategy in the maintenance department.
Create, update and implement schedule preventative maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implementation of lean tools.
Implement Integrated Lean Six Sigma PM pillar and ensure technical knowledge transfer to AM pillar.
Set goals and objectives for the subordinate units on the basis of plant objectives
Design and implement new technical solutions in order to optimize the work of the equipment and maintenance costs.
Assure safety rules, fire detection, environmental, among subordinate employees and external companies, provide root cause analysis.
Manage team through organizing the work, development (including training), engaging and evaluating direct reports, building an atmosphere of recognition and achievements in the team.
Cooperate and supervise external companies and Purchasing Department in the analysis of bids for the purchase of materials and services.
Min. 2 years in Maintenance Manager role or similar, managing team of more than 20 people in multinational organizations required
Bachelor degree or higher in Production Management, Automation or Mechanics
Practical knowledge of Lean management
Strong personality oriented on people and processes
Ability to manage multiple and diverse teams
Very good level of English and Polish
