Who We Are

The Global Service Provider (GSP) Regional Operations Field Services organization is the transactional arm of Customer Partner Services. Field Services offers end to end support for service categories like Sales Crediting, Account & Territory management, Sales Hierarchy set up and maintenance and Goaling. The RSE's are responsible for these service offerings.

What You'll Do

The Regional Services Expert ensures complete end to end support of the Sales teams for sales transaction support through the Goal to Commission environment. These individuals will be resolving issues and will interface with the Sales Transaction Support teams to ensure accurate assignment of sales crediting, retirement of goal and clean interface into commission calculation processes.

Additionally, this role becomes a ‘project management’ role during Q3 & Q4 focusing on New Year Set Up and during Q1 focusing on Goaling. Specific responsibilities include: distribute calendar and communicate upcoming deliverables/deadlines, track and report overall status for their Country/Theater, track and report submission/ completion for each specific deliverable, host weekly Country/Theater meetings, understand the process/execution approach for each deliverable and provide guidance to Country/Theater stakeholder’s where applicable for Field Services.

Who You Are

RSE's need to have strong customer service type skills with an understanding of Cisco's policies and procedures to ensure that solutions are compliant with Go To Market direction and policies, while reducing distractions and down time for Sales.

● Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

● Demonstrated success in delivering results

● Strong working knowledge of Cisco’s tools a plus

● Project management experience a plus

● Must be detail-oriented and customer-service driven

● Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

● Ability to work independently and drive process improvements
