  • System R&D and tools - Lab service delivery global team * is looking for R&D Laboratory Engineer, Lab Administrator for Laboratory team in Krakow. As the content owner, operator and designer, the team enables and operates industry best-in-class R&D laboratories. Our team spread over globally with strength of 300 experts and is still growing.* We are supporting more than600 R&D projects globallywith more than800 Nokia products*used to build network for 4G , IOT R&D testing and 5G product evaluation.

  • Job Description: *

As aLab Administrator, You will be working closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperating with Laboratory teams in other countries at 24 sites. As part of our team you will be responsible for:

  • taking care for technical and engineering issues inside the Krakow Laboratories

  • inventory for common assets

  • electrical and mechanical installations of telecommunication equipment

  • internal technical documentation updating

  • solving logistic problems, sending and receiving parcels and keeping records of assets

  • acting as a liaison between the internal teams and the external subcontractors or vendors

  • Requirements: *

  • technical and design experience with electrical and logical installations

  • excellent communication skills and ability to maintain high standards in challenging situations

  • excellent manual skills

  • ability to close cooperation with external suppliers and sub-contractors

  • ability to work independently and under time pressure

  • basic knowledge about telecommunication equipment

  • willingness to promote certain level of work standards (e.g. documentation)

  • ability to learn quickly

  • intermediate English skills

  • familiar with Microsoft Office

  • SEP certificate cat. E1


  • Bonus points: *

  • soldering experience

  • ITIL experience

  • AutoCad knowledge
