IBM Junior Payroll Specialist in KRAKOW, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accurate processing of company’s payroll

  • Being responsible for monthly payroll calculations

  • Processing personal data in the company’s system including starters, secondments, transfers, leavers and other amendments

  • Registering and deregistering employees to ZUS by Płatnik application

  • Inputting, calculation and recording of both statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity and adoption payments

  • Communicating with ZUS, US, Bailiff

  • Dealing with any payroll queries that employees may have

  • Assisting in prepare the annual declarations PIT and insurance confirmation RMUA

  • Preparing payslips to employees

  • Preparing salary certificate for employees

  • Contact with the client through the HR department and directly with client's employees

  • knowledge of the English language on communicative level, Polish language is required too

  • welcome an experience in working with MS Office: Word, Excel

  • ability to good organization of work and communication skills

  • required accuracy, diligence, responsibility and commitment

  • experience in the payroll department or financial accounting minimum 1 year

  • welcome of degree in economics, administration, labor law and social insurance
