We offer you a possibility to join the Sabre Site Team and Sabre IT Support Team in Krakow. The IT Support Assistant (Internship) will be responsible for maintaining office infrastructure (video conferencing, phones, network infrastructure, projectors, TVs), supporting Sabre IT Team in their daily operations and be involved in office infrastructure projects execution.
Provide support to end-users with preparing conference rooms for meetings, video-conferencing, desk phones, TVs, projectors and network connectivity.
Develop and maintain positive end-user relations by delivering outstanding customer service
Coordinate with various functions within the Company to ensure end-user requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Great communication and inter-personal skills
Good English communication and presentation skills
Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability required
Good computer hardware skills and office/network infrastructure experience
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
As a plus, experience with infrastructure/network cabling, electronics and electricity (technical high-school diploma is good to have, but not required)
