IBM IT Client Service Advisory in KRAKOW, Poland
Employees in this role are the primary contact between customers and delivery support organization. They are an integral part of the account planning and delivery support strategy. Employees in this role act as service delivery advocate. They proactively monitor the problem and change process and manage problem and change issues and alerts as needed. They work with the customer (project office) to understand issues and requirements and responds to requests for new services to help grow the business. They help to ensure quality of service and manage cost of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient manner. They lead and direct the delivery team with direction from the IT Clent Service Manager and/or Delivery Project Executive/Project Executive (DPE/PE) and may be assigned to one or more accounts depending on their size and complexity. They monitor and manage Service Level performance on assigned account(s) and reports attainment and potential exposures in a timely manner.
Project Management experience (PM certifications would be highly appreciated)•Good ITIL knowledge and experience (ITIL certifications would be highly appreciated)Experience in Service Delivery (Software and Hardware, Deskside support, Network support)•A good knowledge of the IT production systems/processes and supporting functions.•Experience in working with clients-strong focus on clients' satisfaction.•Ability to influence others (at peer and senior level), as well as guide and advise less experienced personnelVery good Polish and English
