IBM IT Application Support Specialist in KRAKOW, Poland
Job Purpose The IT Application Specialist is the person responsible for the 2nd level support of the application. You will perform monitoring activities in order to ensure that the application is operating correctly. The IT Application Specialist is also responsible for problem solving and technical improvement of the application.Responsibilities- Day to day monitoring of the system to ensure that all connections to the supported application are working correctly- Support and monitoring of all application interfaces- Manage configuration of the supported application- Creating reports using SQL- Creating reports using COGNOS- Troubleshooting as the 2nd line support (application error analysis, consulting and troubleshooting in cooperation with the 1st and 3rd line support)- Formulate Problem Change Requests and Functional Specifications- Liaise with the client on matters related to the transfer of data- Cooperate with application development team- Actively participates in continuous improvement of services
SQL skills1-3 years of experience in ITcommunicative Englishfluent Polish
