You will be working in the UBS Research Team in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park) who are in the process of building a street-leading primary research platform called UBS Evidence Lab. You can learn more about Evidence Lab here .
At the heart of this capability is the ability to systematically gather, cleanse, structure and analyze alternate data regardless of its source, size or cadence; we get it all whenever we need to.
The Data Ops Team plays a critical role in the overall Evidence Lab group and you will own the vendor team interfacing with internal teams and tacking action to ensure vendors are providing good, accurate, useful data. You will collaborate with regional Evidence Lab and Research teams to ensure the data is flowing. Over time you will help improve the team by generating new ideas for improvement, optimizing processes and helping with vendor selection.
Your experience and skills:
a degree in business or accounting preferred
previous experience in Supply Chain or Project Management is a plus
knowledge of accounts payable and financial concepts is desired
proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word and knowledge of specialized bookkeeping or accounting software.
strong Excel skills
excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
strong analytical and problem solving skills.
good negotiation skills
confidence and an ability to be assertive when the situation arises
fluent in English, knowledge of Chinese or any other Asian language would be additional asset
