You'll be working within the GCOO COO CARS Technology Office team in Zabierzow/Krakow. You will work in a team that provides a wide range of services including: day to day process support and administration of risk. You will also be responsible for presenting your work results to various stakeholders on different organizational levels.
Your experience and skills:
at least 1+ years of experience in one of the following areas: IT Audit or Security, Operational Risk Management, Risk and Control Assessments
very good communicator (English level – C1) with the ability to work in a team
ability to liaise with clients and manage relationships while being assertive to ensure completion of tasks, strong soft skills
strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze significant amounts of information
ability to deal with both regular and ad-hoc requests, work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
MS Office skills including:
o Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Charts, Vlookups, Tables), additional expertise (building / editing macros, etc.) would be considered as an advantage
o MS PowerPoint & Word to a competent level
- additional assets:
o Understanding of Operational Risk Management and its implementation in practice
– passionate about risk management and handling
– technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
– adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
