Your team:

You'll be working within the GCOO COO CARS Technology Office team in Zabierzow/Krakow. You will work in a team that provides a wide range of services including: day to day process support and administration of risk. You will also be responsible for presenting your work results to various stakeholders on different organizational levels.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • at least 1+ years of experience in one of the following areas: IT Audit or Security, Operational Risk Management, Risk and Control Assessments

  • very good communicator (English level – C1) with the ability to work in a team

  • ability to liaise with clients and manage relationships while being assertive to ensure completion of tasks, strong soft skills

  • strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze significant amounts of information

  • ability to deal with both regular and ad-hoc requests, work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

  • MS Office skills including:

o Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Charts, Vlookups, Tables), additional expertise (building / editing macros, etc.) would be considered as an advantage

o MS PowerPoint & Word to a competent level

  • additional assets:

o Understanding of Operational Risk Management and its implementation in practice
