Title: Renewals Administration Support Location: POL-Kraków

The Customer Service Support shall be responsible for the maintenance of accurate Customer records in the Services CRM Application, and updating the customer install base and related maintenance contracts. The main purpose of this position is to support both renewals revenue stream and CSS field operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining an up-to-date record of all maintenance contracts so that customers are entitled for support and ensuring that maintenance revenue can be billed on time. Create, modify or terminate entitlements (support agreements) and support renewal proposals (quotes) Resolve data issues and use in-house reporting to identify entitlements for clean-up activities Ensure that all changes to equipment configuration and /or location are recorded on a timely basis as instructed by business owner Assist sales and post-sales teams with accurate reporting / customer analysis to support solution selling and ensure accurate renewals revenue collection Perform other duties as required Work experience and competencies:

Fluent in English (any additional language will be of advantage) Experience with CRM tools (preferably Siebel & Salesforce) Experienced Excel user Attention to detail and good time management skills Ability to support internal/external customers and partners and anticipate business needs Ability to systematically analyze and solve challenges Experience of working in a service organization (including Customer contact) will be an advantage Minimum to no travel requirements
