support the GCOO Strategy & Investment Governance team in operational and daily business matters
coordinate GCOO wide interactions and projects driving synergies and finding efficiencies
coordinate supporting units, managing relationships with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Controlling, GRR & SI
managing small strategic projects, ensuring efficient use of technology where appropriate
administer filing systems and driving efficiency and effectiveness within the team
provide support to management in developing and collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications, ensuring appropriate messaging

Your experience and skills:
a university degree is preferred but not essential
experience in a similar management support role and/or experience in program / project management
comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
