Your role:

Are you able to provide pragmatic and timely security solutions that meet exacting Business requirements?

we're looking for someone who can:

  • develop and conduct physical security risk assessments and concept buildings/premises, security vaults and/or security mechanisms e.g. CCTV, access control systems etc. within country

  • provide physical security advice and assistance to local Business Continuity Management

  • provide security input to designated elements of health and safety requirements

  • assist and undertake RSS led investigations

  • establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all functions

  • promote security initiatives and awareness

  • be responsive and dynamic across security environment

Your team:

You’ll be working in the GCS team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park and reporting directly to Head of Regional Security Services in London. Our role is to support the NEEMEA region and to provide first hand delivery and management of all physical security issues. Key objective of the role is to primary focus for senior management in country and first support for Head of RSS.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • previous experience of formal security assessments/audits/reviews

  • knowledge, deployment and management of security systems

  • excellent oral and written communication skills

  • proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Visio etc.

  • and keen eye for detail and are able to challenge status quo, develop change and influence above and below

You are:

  • fluent in English

  • fluent in Polish (preferred)

  • methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail

  • able to build strong relationship with local stakeholders
