guide teams and vendors in driving a coordinated approach for results

Your experience and skills:
bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
strong critical thinker with the vision to work both tactically and strategically
3+ years working experience in IT operations
minimum 1 year managing staff
knowledge of ITIL service management frame work is a plus
excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills to interact with individuals from various levels and departments, locally and abroad
experience with IT incident and Problem solving
experience with database centric applications and systems
experience supporting custom applications
strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and relevant analysis tools
exceptional verbal and written communication skills
IT support experience
fluent in English
