Job Title: Cash Collection Senior Specialist (Italian Speaker)

Department / Business Unit: Finance

Location: Krakow, Poland

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to ensure the timely collection of payments from customers and the allocation to their invoices, plus the timely resolution of internal and external enquires. To achieve these objectives the Cash Collection & Allocation Specialist will be in direct contact with customers, and will need to maintain a professional and courteous manner. They will also be responsible for the provision of information such as customer statements and the Receivables Report.

Required Work Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience of Cash Collection processing (interpreting data and Customer contact)

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Accounts Receivable

  • Experience of working directly with multiple countries and cultures in a finance organization

  • Shared Service Centre experience

Required Competencies:

Essential:

  • Fluent English and Italian

  • Ability to interact with stakeholders in multiple languages

  • Time management, professionalism, drive and resilience, problem solving, building relationships, delivering quality service, feedback and learning

  • Attention to detail

  • Numerical ability

  • Problem solving – Query resolution related to a variety of issues is required on a regular basis

  • Excellent administrator – The role involves handling, processing and managing a large volume of documentation

  • Competency in Polish and additional European language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian) will be an asset
