Your team:

You’ll be working in the global Process Excellence (PEX CoE) team of highly-qualified transformation specialists, who leverage a powerful Lean Methodology. The PEX Center of Expertise is the central platform to ensure that UBS achieves operational excellence.

As a member of PEX CoE Deployment Office Team you will be introduced to project management methodologies, financial reporting, project management office (PMO) and management reporting. Your work location will be Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park.

Our new role is an ideal way to gain work experience in management reporting.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • 1-2 year experience in Finance/Reporting area and/or maintaining complex project documentation (PMO)

  • A university degree (or about to graduate)

  • Strong client orientation – proven by experience

  • Ability to self-motivate, work efficiently both in the team and on your own

  • Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint

You are:

  • Detail oriented, structured, methodical and concise

  • Willing to solve problems

  • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude

  • Very good in English, both spoken and written
