DNV GL Training Coordination Intern in Gdynia, Poland

The Global Centre HR will deliver high quality HR services to European countries; service scope is services that are location independent and/or can be digitalized. Services are rendered in close collaboration with the GSS HR Regional Centres within Europe and Centres of Competence, together developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV GL.

We are seeking Training Coordinator Intern for our Global Centre HR. The Training Coordination team is responsible for administration of classroom courses and virtual courses for DNV GL in Europe. You will work closely with DNV GL Competence and Learning functions and be part of a global network of Training Coordinators.

The Training Coordinator Intern will report to the Head of Section HR Office.

Key tasks

  • Remote coordination of training activities in European, internal DNV GL hubs

  • Daily communication with different stakeholders and vendors on an international level (in English)

  • Dealing with administration tasks related to training organization (communication with trainers, participants, booking of training venues, other practical arrangements)

  • Maintaining training calendar and internal learning system

  • Monitoring of financial results, invoicing

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree student or fresh graduate

  • Quick learner

  • Attention to details

  • Able to build and maintain good relations with vendors and stakeholders

  • Solution oriented

  • Knowledge of DNV GL company, especially maritime area will be an asset

  • Working knowledge of MS Office package

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to work in multinational environment and multitasking
