Our statutory reporting managers help multinational companies further optimize the Record-to-Report process during finance transformation processes. The team is responsible for the global coordination of the statutory reporting process for multinational clients, as well as (re-) design and process improvement. Within this dynamic, international and fast growing team, we are looking for Statutory Reporting Managers.

Key responsibilities in the role of Manager:

  • Coordinate the global statutory reporting compliance for Global Clients

  • Coordinate and review the activities that are performed in the Centers of Excellence

  • Provide detailed insight in the Group GAAP to Local GAAP reconciliation to group management

  • Liaise with the Client Global Process Owners on the compliance calendar and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Develop, implement and manage new client strategic processes


  • Strong project management skills, strong analytical skills and international focus

  • 6 years of work experience in audit/accounting, and a minimum of 3 years experience in working with global clients

  • Qualified chartered accountant

  • IFRS and US-GAAP knowledge, GAAP reconciliation experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English
